Ryanair Approaches Aer Lingus for a Third Time

Shares of Aer Lingus, Ireland’s flag airline, leapt by as much as 25 percent Wednesday after news that Ryanair, the Irish low-cost airline Mr. O’Leary runs, had made yet another hostile bid for it.
